The Bolyai Model Building Cup will be held again soon, for the 22nd time, the venue will once again be the Bálna Defense Center.

We will continue to update you with further information in the coming period.

The exchange registration starts on September 1, 2026, places are limited, so everyone should try to register as soon as possible until midnight on October 5.

Pre-registration for the competition starts on September 21. We are changing the obligations in the competition rules this year. Only those who have already obtained their master’s certificate and achieved gold or first place in the master category between 2020-2025 are required to participate in the master category. The rest are free to decide whether to start their work as a hobby or as a master.

Due to the smooth running of the event and the safety of the models, we can only return the jobs after the announcement of the results. The last models will be given back around 18:00 o’clock. Please consider this when you made your regisztration! Thanks for your understanding!

Dear Stakeholders!

In 2025, the Bolyai Model Show will be held at a new venue on the banks of the Danube:
“Bálna” Defence Centre
Address: Hungary, Budapest Fővám tér 11-12.

At this location you will have the opportunity to visit the permanent and temporary exhibitions of the Military Institute and Museum and try out the interactive exhibitions in the centre.
